We are in-network with the following insurance carriers:

Aetna commercial behavioral health plans in North Carolina including:

• Employer-sponsored PPO and POS plans

• Aetna EAP

• Aetna North Carolina State Health Plan

While we are not in-network with all insurance companies, we will file claims on your behalf for any out-of-network benefits and request your insurance company to reimburse you directly for any eligible amounts according to your plan. As a courtesy, we offer this service to save you the hassle of having to submit bills yourself.

If you do not have insurance, or choose not to use your insurance benefits, the following rates apply:

• Initial Assessment (60 minutes): $190

• Follow-up therapy Session (53 minutes): $180

Groups normally run 60-90 minutes each for 5-10 weeks, depending on the topic. Generally rates are $25-60 each session, and are sometimes covered by insurance.

Be sure to check with your insurance provider to ask if your plan covers group therapy.

No — Currently, we are a fully virtual practice. We can see clients who reside in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Yes, I typically take 2 sliding scale clients at a time. Feel free to reach out via the Contact Us page to inquire if a spot is available.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. A $90 late cancellation fee will be charged if the notice is less than 24 hours. Please cancel within 24 hours to avoid the fee.

You are allowed two no-shows without penalty because life happens. However, after the third no-show, the total amount is required and you will be charged the full fee of the session. If there are more than three no-shows, we will assess if therapy must continue. Please know these charges are not covered by insurance and would be billed directly to you.
